Our beers are produced using the highest quality ingredients from all over Sicily. ancient and unchanged products of our region who meet in Catania with the technology of a modern and efficient facility that ensures compliance with the regulations in the field of the protection to health and the environment.

Our handicraft factory, among the largest of Sicily, Catania is located close to the sea and a few kilometers from the historical center of the baroque Catania, Etna volcano from the UNESCO World Heritage, from the beautiful Taormina pearl of the Mediterranean.

The area covered is about 500 square meters, of which two-thirds occupied by the production and fermentation cellar.

The ability of our stainless steel cooking room is 10.2 HL, doubled by double cooked. Our next-generation plant is automatically managed by an advanced software.

The fermentation of beer wort takes place in refrigerated stainless steel tank with automatic control. The carefully selected yeasts and top quality in manual mode are added following the ancient techniques of shedding. For labeling, bottling and capping of our elegant bottles of 33 and 75 cl, we employ Italian auto technology leader in the industry. The filling of drums takes place with manual technique to avoid altering the product extremely delicate.

The annual production capacity is about 3500 hectoliters of good beer. The warehouse allows storage of about 1,000 hectoliters in cold rooms with Autoclima. Chemical control of the production process takes place directly on site, subject to verification of the results from accredited laboratories. The traceability of the production, from seed Timilia, the malts of choice to the final customer, is guaranteed by HACCP according to the regulations.
